our krabi trip got off to a bad start...

During our FIRST flight to Krabi (there was 2), HOT air was gushing out of the air-conditioning. Many of the Caucasian passengers were sweating quite badly and alerted the panicky stewardess who didn't really had an answer. Adding to that, there was some weird mechanical noise coming from god knows where! (macham like some rotor hitting on something)
All they said was they had to check with the captain. (can't blame them much)
The captain came on the broadcast explaining that the temperature control was not functioning.

we had definitely covered more than half the distance after flying for more than 45 mins,
if we had persisted on.....
the time taken to fly straight on to Krabi would probably be shorter than returning to Singapore!
Best part: The air-conditioning came back on during the period of our U-turn back to singapore!!!

Back in singapore, it seemed like an endless wait.
Spent the time eating instant noodles and reading magazine.

By 3am, there were alot of pissed and frustrated passengers
anyone with a tiger airways uniform or scarf was mobbed by angry people waiting to riot.
