the KL trip was planned to go Sunway Lagoon primarily
went with 5 other operators (2 bayleaders, 1 girl who looks like she's 15,1 regular gal and 1 hot one)
ha...ok maybe not tt hot but not bad for me lah
Sunday: Reached and went to Chinatown Inn (the one i always stay in when I go to camp 5 in KL)
Bumped around for food and soak up the Malaysia polluted air and atmosphere
ended in some long street that sells zhi cha (like a long and big version of Lau Pat Sa) with people bbq-ing chinese bbq pork .. in singapore they only do it regularly during the Chinese New Year, apparently it's not seasonal for them.
Then went to petronas towers, the thing looks like a corn made from diamonds man!
it was quite a sight.. but i had to endure an hour of phototaking and still get comments that i can't take a picture properly...grrrrrr..like wtf...i'm trying hard but still i get sarcastic remarks...
Monday: Headed down to Sunway Lagoon. The place was like some American Theme park or something..
It just gave me the American theme park feel since it had giant statues at the entrance and the architecture had AMERICA printed all over it ... it was simply different from the building that had paint peeling off the wall while on the way there.
the rides were alright, i can't really take rides which are too thrilling
but it seemed my tolerance was still alot higher than the rest...ha..
I had morbid fears for lose of gravity feel in the past... my trips to the big coasters in US were a constant nightmare..but i guess it got better with more climbing..haha
water rides were ok..except i didnt get the big waves at the pool...it would have been nice
but i enjoyed the feeling of sharing a float with another and just "floating"
oops..haha...
Tuesday:
Didn't do that much. Had lunch at a revolving restaurant at the KL tower.
WEnt shopping at KLCC and megamall, they are like the bigger malls in KL
much bigger than Taka I would say!
Range of branded stuff is ridiculous...i casually picked up a dress to match onto my colleague...then i stared at the price tag...fucking 1200 ringgit..
gosh..how many people could afford that! I had to endure that kind of prices for 3 levels of shopping!
